Actuellement, la capacité du Chang Inn est de 15 chambres de trois catégories: Deluxe, Khan Deluxe et Khan Suite. D'ici la fin 2008, l'hôtel disposera de 22 chambres dont de très belles suites, Orchid et President. L'hôtel est niché dans un très beau jardin et est composé de plusieurs maisons traditionnelles. Chaque chambre possède sa terrasse ou patio privé.
La décoration est lao et thaï ancien et sont toutes au standard international. Le service est impeccable et bénéficie d'un personnel hautement qualifié.

Presently, the hotel has a capacity of 15 rooms that classified into Deluxe, Khan Deluxe and Khan Suite. According to the schedule, by the end of this year the hotel will reach a full capacity of 22 rooms including Orchid Deluxe and President Suite to service more customers. The hotel is set in a stunning garden and courtyard surroundings, and comes with few small houses linked together. Each room has its own terrace or patio.
